Welcome to the web site of Rayners Lane Baptist Church,
Harrow. We’re
glad you’ve visited our web site and we hope you’ll find it
informative and enjoyable. It contains a lot of information that
will introduce you to life at RLBC, but if you have questions
about our church which aren’t answered here, feel free to ask
any of our staff members or leaders.
We try to be a friendly church, dedicated to glorifying God by
making disciples of our Lord Jesus Christ. This involves us in
helping people come to faith in Christ, and to grow to maturity
in Him. We strive to live under the authority of God’s word, the
Bible, and prayerfully to apply its teaching.
Currently we have approximately 250 members and many other
regular worshippers. We are a multi-racial family and all
age-groups are well represented among us. We are grateful to God
for the warm atmosphere we enjoy, and for the sense of His
presence when we meet.
We would like you to experience these things for yourself, and
hope you will soon be joining us regularly.
Marriage
Course
The RLBC will shortly be running a marriage course for
couples interested in exploring, understanding and improving
their relationships with each other. The course will be
held in a relaxed informal atmosphere and consists of a number
of practical talks and discussions based on a series of DVDs.
The first of the 7 weekly sessions will commence on Thursday
19th April at 7:45pm followed by tea, coffee and
desserts. The cost is £5 per couple so please come along
and bring your friends and neighbours too.

Essentials at RLBC
Starting on the 22nd January, Essentials is a series which aims to explore a
selection of core truths essential to Christianity in an
engaging and accessible way. We hope these evenings will inspire
and build us up whether we have been Christians for a long time
or are new believers and equip us for sharing our faith. Each
evening will comprise a time of worship followed by a talk for
approximately 25 mins and a chance to respond in prayer and
worship. Some evenings will include communion. The evenings will
last approx 1 hour with refreshments afterwards.
NB: There
will not be 7 pm service on Sunday 19th May
