We’re glad you’ve visited our web site and are finding out more
about us, we hope you’ll find it informative and enjoyable. You
will find information here to introduce you to life at RLBC, but
if you have questions about our church which aren’t answered
here, feel free to come and visit us and ask any of our staff members or leaders.
We try to be a friendly church, dedicated to glorifying God by
making disciples of our Lord Jesus Christ. This involves us in
helping people come to faith in Christ, and to grow to maturity
in Him.
We seek to fulfil this ministry by teaching the word of God
through the Bible, and by demonstrating the truth of the gospel
in our individual and corporate life. Prayer is vital to
everything we do, since, as our Lord Himself taught, we cannot
achieve anything without Him.
World mission is high on our agenda. We give active support to
Christian work in several different countries and are keen to be
a local church with a global vision.
To fulfil our calling, we know that we must use all the gifts
God gives us. All members are encouraged to serve Christ’s cause
in whatever way they can, and to support one another in this
work.
Currently we have approximately 250 members and many other
regular worshippers. We are a multi-racial family and all
age-groups are well represented among us. We are grateful to God
for the warm atmosphere we enjoy, and for the sense of His
presence when we meet.
We would like you to experience these things for yourself, and
hope you will soon be joining us regularly.
